Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilicrwn Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. jilicrwn reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilicrwn account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilicrwn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jilicrwn is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

jilicrwn does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jilicrwn bears no responsibility.
jilicrwn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilicrwn reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
All games available on the jilicrwn Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jilicrwn or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, jilicrwn reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilicrwn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
jilicrwn's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
